These terms apply to purchases made from Hoppy Pets Ltd through www.hoppypets.co.uk. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and that you agree to these terms
Products
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. As some products are natural or handmade, their colour, shape, size and appearance may vary slightly from the photographs shown.
Please check individual product information and suitability before use. Rabbits and guinea pigs should be supervised with toys and enrichment products. Remove any product if it becomes damaged or could present a hazard. New foods and forage should be introduced gradually as part of an appropriate diet.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. Your order is accepted when we confirm that it has been dispatched.
All orders are subject to availability. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and offer an alternative where appropriate or issue a refund.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges, discounts and the final order total are displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Payments are processed securely through the payment method selected at checkout.
Delivery
Orders are usually sent using Royal Mail tracked services. Larger orders may be sent using another courier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, although we will always make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders promptly.
Hop Boxes are prepared and dispatched according to the dates explained on their product pages.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
Cancellations and returns
You may cancel or return an eligible order in accordance with our Return Policy and your statutory rights. Please contact Hoppy Pets as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order or if an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Changes to these terms
The terms applying to your order are those displayed when the order is placed. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Discounts, complimentary products and promotional offers are subject to availability and any conditions displayed at the time. We may amend or withdraw an offer, but this will not affect qualifying orders already placed.
